the staff were cute. the hotel maintained high standards regarding cleanliness. the bar food was genuinely delicious, i particularly enjoyed the diverse options.

the elevators could get quite busy, at peak times, causing slight delays.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was amazing. The breakfast buffet had variety, and it was regularly replenished. The pool area was super clean. It was a beautifully relaxing area. I found the staff very friendly. They were always helpful.

strong bleach smell

The indoor pool area had a strong smell of bleach. The lift was small and often used by staff so the floor was constantly wet. The area outside the hotel was very dirty.
